2. Cooking noodles
The choice of noodles is easy, including noodles, cut noodles, and hand-rolled noodles.
3. Face code
You can choose your favorite vegetables for noodles and match them with them any way you want. One will do, but more will be good.

Steps for noodles with bean

Fried sauce. For the practice of fried sauce, you can refer to my diary [Secret Meat Sauce]. See above for the address.

Noodles, cucumber, onion.

Shred cucumbers and onions. Load the plate and use it as face code for later use.

Put water in the pan. Bring the water to the boil before adding the noodles.

After bringing to a boil, simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Then turn off the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Overcool it with cold boiled water or purified water in a barrel.

Remove the soaked noodles into a bowl, add a proper amount of fried sauce, mix well and serve.
