Steps for Steamed tofu with black bean sauce

Prepared materials.

Cut the tofu into slices, boil it in cold water, blanch it, remove it, drain it, and cool.

Take appropriate amount of fermented beans.

Add a little salt, chicken essence, white sugar, and mix soy sauce.

Place the tofu on the bottom of the bowl and pour the mixed tempeh juice on top.

Chop ginger and green onions.

Sprinkle on top and drizzle with sesame oil.

Seal it with plastic wrap, steam in a pan with cold water, bring to a boil, change to medium heat and steam for half an hour.
