Fish-flavored tofu

Fish-flavored tofu is a famous product in Hunan cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines in my country. The main ingredient is fried with tofu and the auxiliary salt fish. It is characterized by crispy outside and hollow inside, strong fish aroma, golden color, fish aroma and delicious. It is deeply loved by many diners.

Steps for Fish-flavored tofu

Steam tofu for 5 minutes first.
