Steps for cold tofu

Gently remove the tofu from the box and invert it inside the plate.

Wash the coriander, air dry and chop.

Chop garlic and pickled mustard into pieces.

Crush cooked salted duck eggs with a spoon, add minced garlic, shredded mustard, cooked black sesame seeds, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence, and a little salt to make juice.
