Steps for Jinjin Hakka Stuffed Tofu

Tender tofu, cut into 12 small pieces in total, square ones!2
Chop the green onions and mix them with the ground meat, add a little cornflour;3
Pick up the small cube of tofu and make a cross from the front with chopsticks, provided that the tofu is not ruined.4
Fill the meat filling into the tofu pieces to make them plump!5
After filling, heat the oil in the pan, add the fish sauce, and place the meat filling side of the tofu on the pan;6
Fry slowly over low heat ~ Wait until you see the sides of the tofu begin to turn yellow, you can turn it over;7
Continue to fry the other side of the tofu over low heat until it will almost turn into a slightly golden yellow color!8
Add some water to the pan, boil it slightly, and you can put it on a plate and serve it!
