Steps for Steamed tofu with salted fish

Wash the salted fish and soak it for more than 5 hours in advance, remove it and cut it into pieces.

Slice tofu.

Lay layers on the bottom of the bowl.

Sprinkle some green onions, ginger slices, and garlic cloves on the tofu.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce in a small bowl and mix well.

Place the salted fish on the tofu, sprinkle with some green onions, ginger slices and garlic cloves, and pour in the sauce.

Put in a steamer.

Steak over high heat for 20 minutes.
