Steps for Garlic fungus

Tear the soaked fungus into small petals (Note: I use the soaked fungus before. If it is dry, soak it in hot water for 5 minutes and it can be used).2
Put water into the pan and wait until the water boils. Blanch the fungus with hot water.3
Rinse the scalded fungus with cold water again to cool it faster.

Prepare shredded green onions and minced garlic.

Pour the shredded onions and minced garlic on the fungus, add salt, sesame oil, vinegar, and chicken essence, stir well, and you're done.
