My spicy pig's trotters have much less peppers than the authentic ones, but it is still fragrant, smooth and delicious. The light spicy taste suppresses the greasy pig's trotters and it is delicious forever.

Put pig's trotters in boiling water and add cooking wine to boil for 5 minutes.

Chopping pig's trotters into pieces is easier to chop than raw pig's trotters. It's best for you to go to a store to chop them.

Prepare the required seasoning, cut the green onions into sections and slice the ginger.

Put the oil in a hot pan, add the ingredients other than rock sugar, and stir-fry over low heat to create the fragrance.

Pour in the trotters and stir fry a few times.

Add rock sugar and stir fry, still low heat.

After the rock sugar is completely melted, pour in water and pass over the trotters.

Transfer everything in the wok to an electric rice cooker, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and simmer with salt until the soup is basically dry.
