Steps for Egg yolk tofu

Cut the lactone tofu into small pieces and soak in light salt water for 5 minutes.

Wash the chives, ginger, and colored peppers and cut them into the powder. Cut the salted duck egg yolk into small dices.

Heat a little oil on medium heat, add chopped green onions and ginger and stir until fragrant.

Pour in the salted egg yolk and stir-fry slightly.
