Steps for Stewed cabbage in broth

Cut the cabbage dumplings and leaves separately.

Cut the tofu into slices and chop the green onions.

Blanch tofu with water for later use.

Stir fry chives in hot oil in the pan.

Add cabbage to help fry until soft.

Add the vegetable leaves, then add the broth, and if it is not enough, add some water.

Then add the tofu.

Add some salt after simmering.
