Put the tofu in a basin and crush it.

Chop the peppers into pieces, chop the garlic into pieces and set aside.

Beat three eggs into the tofu (I wanted to add two, but found that there was too much tofu and added one more).

Pour the shredded pepper and garlic into the tofu.

Use chopsticks to stir the contents of the basin evenly and add a little salt.

Pour a little oil into the pan and add the stirred tofu to stir-fry.

You can eat it after stir-frying and take it out of the pan, without adding other seasonings.
