Steps for Black Bean Sauce Glutinous Rice Ribs

Prepare two cabbage leaves.

Wash the glutinous rice, soak in water for 6- 8 hours, drain it for later use; wash the ribs and cut them into inches, and cool them in flying water.

Put the ribs in the prepared marinade and marinate overnight or for at least three hours to taste.

Blanch the cabbage leaves in boiling water, cool and drain them, and cut them into strips of suitable length and width. Put the pickled pork ribs into the glutinous rice and roll them to wrap the surface of the ribs with a layer of glutinous rice. Wrap them with cabbage leaves, and use coriander leaves tight (because there is no more coriander at home, use shredded seaweed).
