dongpo meat
By IsaiTillman
Dongpo pork is characterized by its rotten and delicious meat and is stewed with good pork belly. The meat is fat but not greasy, and it is thin but not firewood. Children at home love meat, and Dongpo meat is even more popular. This simple version of Dongpo meat is my specialty.
