Steps for Braised tofu with pork belly

Scrape and wash the pork belly, add ginger slices and cook until 80% done.

Remove and cut into slices.

Heat the wok, add the pork belly, stir-fry until the oil comes out, and remove the excess oil.

Add soy sauce, pepper, cloves and a little rock sugar and ginger slices.
