Roasted white gourd with sea rice
This is my dinner recipe from yesterday. There was also a winter melon. I wanted to make soup to drink, but when I thought that there seemed to be sea rice at home, I simply made this sea rice to roast winter melon and ate it with sesame cakes. It was clear and refreshing, and it was very suitable for summer.

Steps for Roasted white gourd with sea rice

The main materials used are: wax gourd, sea rice, and carrots.

Peel the wax gourd and slice it, chop the green onions, ginger and garlic for later use.
