This honey steak has been "circulated" in my family for more than ten years and is one of my son's favorites. At first, there was only beef, but later because my son didn't like to eat vegetables, he specially added it. Unexpectedly, he also "accepted everything as ordered". I am very good at "deceiving" my son to eat! (Madam Wang is boasting!)
This dish is simple and easy to make, and it can also be matched with meat and vegetables. Because it is added with honey, it is also related to beauty. So beautiful women who are afraid of meat can muddle through.

Steps for Steak with honey sauce

1
Cut the beef into thick slices and pat it loose and thin with the back of the knife.
2
Slice ginger and onion into sections, add it into beef with other marinades, grasp well with your hands, add cooking oil and mix well, marinate for at least half an hour (preferably at night for breakfast).
3
Wash the spinach, blanch it with boiling water with a small amount of salt and cooking oil to soft, cool it too well, and spread it on the bottom of the plate.
4
Raise the heat pan (flat-bottomed non-stick pan), add a small amount of cooking oil, add the beef slices (spread evenly) when it is 30 to 40% hot, cut them into golden yellow on both sides (never fry them too hard), and serve them on cooked spinach; Start another pan, add a small amount of water, pour the pre-adjusted pouring juice into the pan and boil, boil until thin juice, pour it onto the beef, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Note: This is not the PP for fried beef, because hundreds of photos in the camera could not be found at once, so I had to use the PP for another dish. SORRYSteak with honey sauce Make Tips
Note: The photo isn't of the pan-fried beef; because I couldn't find the hundreds of photos in the camera all of a sudden, I had to make do with a photo of another dish. SORRY. Note: Be sure not to overcook the beef.
