Steps for Spinach mixed vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli until soft.

Shred carrots.

Break the spinach and wash it for later use.

Spread the eggs into egg skins and shred them.

Boil boiling water, add carrots first, add spinach after softening, add vermicelli, cook until 80% hard, and turn off the heat.

Remove it and pass it through ice water, add egg skins, salt, chili oil, pepper powder, balsamic vinegar, cold soy sauce, chicken essence, and sesame oil, and stir well.
