Steps for Roasted chicken legs with mushrooms

Wash the chicken legs with a knife, and use salt, cooking wine, garlic and green onions to taste.2
Soak the mushrooms, retain the water used to soak the mushrooms, and mix soy sauce, vassal sauce, and white sugar into juice for later use.3
Put the oily chicken legs in the pan and fry them until golden, add the mixed juice and stir fry.4
Pour in the mushrooms and stir-fry well, then add the water used to soak the mushrooms to cover the chicken legs. If it is not enough, add some water. Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to medium heat, cook for about 20 minutes, and collect the juice.
