fried pork belly
By VenaWehner
I learned this dish from the chef's brother, and later, the more he cooked it, the more delicious it became. My husband said it was better than the food cooked in the restaurant.

Steps for fried pork belly

1
Slice the pork belly thinly (after buying it, put it in the refrigerator and ice it hard and then take it out, it will be easy to cut)
2
Put the pork belly into a bowl, add 1 small teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of Flavor soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1/2 bowl of flour powder, 1 egg, and 1/2 small bowl of water, stir well to taste. (I also made boiled fish at noon, but it was too spicy for my daughter to eat, so I cut the fish into thin slices and submerged it with the pork belly)
3
Pour peanut oil into the pan. When the oil is boiled to 70% heat, pour the meat into the pan in two times and fry it. After pouring, quickly slice the meat with chopsticks.
4
Watch the meat slices in the pan color and take them out. After the oil in the pan is reheated, pour the fried meat slices into the pan again, and it will be OK to quickly take them out of the pan. Eat a bite of crispy and salty food, and a plate of fried pork belly will be quickly eliminated by us. Ho ho...
