Steps for vinegar loofah

Luffa, vinegar, ginger, red pepper.

Shred pepper and shredded ginger.

Peel, wash, and cut into strips.

Boil boiling water in the pan and add the loofah strips to blanch until done.

After fishing out, add shredded ginger and shredded red pepper.

Add salt and MSG, mix well, pickle for 10 minutes to taste.

Place the pickled loofah strips into a plate and pour over the vinegar.
