Steps for Doujiao steamed buns

1
Mix flour, bean dregs, salt, corn oil, and yeast well, add water and mix to form a smooth dough, cover and allow it to ferment until 2-3 times in size. Rub the dough for 5-6 minutes, cover it with a damp cloth and continue to rise for 15 minutes.
2
Wash the beans, place them in the pan and cook them with clean water. (A few drops of oil in water can keep vegetables green)
3
Allow the boiled beans to cool and chop.
4
Mix the beans and meat paste, add salt, rice wine, oil consumption, ginger powder, pepper powder, chicken essence, and sesame oil, stir vigorously.
5
Roll the awakened dough into strips, squeeze it into ingredients of the same size, and roll it into thin and middle dough sheets.
6
Put in the steamed buns filling and knead them into steamed buns.
7
Put the kneaded buns into the oiled steaming drawer and wake for 20 minutes.
8
Steam for 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Hold for 5 minutes and open the lid to serve.
