Steps for Colorful shredded chicken

Wash the chicken breast, cut it into shreds, place it in a bowl, add water starch, cooking wine, and salt, and grab it evenly and size it.

Wash lettuce and winter mushrooms respectively and shred them; wash green and red bell peppers respectively, remove the stalks, and shred them.
