Sprinkle with tender tofu on minced meat

This is a simple, ordinary yet delicious home-cooked dish. Presumably everyone has a piece of shredded meat tofu that belongs to their own flavor! This minced meat tofu goes well with rice. My husband tasted some and said they were delicious, but he even competed with the children to eat them. Hehe!

Steps for Sprinkle with tender tofu on minced meat

Prepare materials.

Put the tofu on a plate and place it in a steamer, cover the lid, steam over high heat for about 8 minutes, and then remove it.

Pour off excess water from the steamed tofu.

Take a plate, add appropriate amount of abalone Yaochi juice and Shacha sauce, and drain well. Set aside.

Put the scallion oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color. (Add cornflour, wine and soy sauce to the minced meat and marinate for a while beforehand)

Add appropriate amount of water and the mixed sauce.

Simmer for about 2 minutes.

Simmer for about 2 minutes.Drizzle on tofu and sprinkle with spring onions。
