Steps for Garlic hairtail

Wash the hairtail and cut it into sections, shred the ginger and minced garlic. Marinate the chopped hairtail with shredded ginger, salt, sugar and cooking wine for 15 minutes.

Pat the hairtail with a thin layer of flour, fry it in an oil pan until golden brown, and pick it up.

Put the minced garlic in a frying pan until crisp, pick it up, and spread it on the fried hairtail.
