Steps for Stewed pork belly with mushrooms

Materials.

Blanch the meat slices with boiling water and dispose of the blood foam.

Remove and drain the water for later use.

Put less oil in the pan, add the blanched slices of meat and stir-fry over low heat to remove excess oil from the meat itself.

Remove the meat slices and pour out the oil.

Add pork slices and stir-fry, fermented bean curd and bean paste, add water to soak dried mushrooms and appropriate amount of soy sauce, stir fry. Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water, whichever is not over the meat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat, add a small amount of salt (fermented bean curd and bean paste are very salty), cover and simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
