I remember eating a similar snack when I went to tea before, but I couldn't remember the name. Later, I saw someone making this delicious dish, called Pearl Pills! Only then did I remember that this snack in the restaurant was called Pearl Pills. I had never done it before, it was done entirely based on imagination.

Steps for Pork glutinous rice balls

Soak the glutinous rice one day in advance.

Mix the shredded pork into: soy sauce, white sugar, thirteen spices, cornflour, and olive oil until it is puree.

Dig a spoon and squeeze it into a ball with your hands.

Then put it on the soaked glutinous rice and roll it to make it evenly covered with glutinous rice.

Arrange them on a plate for later use.

Put it in a pan and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.

Don't open the lid after turning off the heat, continue to simmer for a few minutes before opening it.
