Steps for bean dregs cake

Mix the bean dregs, flour, white sugar, corn oil and yeast well. (Flour: bean dregs are greater than 2:1)

Add water to make batter, cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

Fermentation to twice the size.

Dissolve half a teaspoon of edible alkali (2-3g) in clear water, add in the batter and stir well.
