Steps for Double-pepper tofu

Set aside proper amount of tofu, green and red chopped peppers, ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, and bean paste.

Wash the tofu and cut it into slices.

Heat the oil pan and add the tofu pieces.

Adjust to medium to medium fire.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and set aside.

Start another oil pan and add appropriate amount of green and red chopped peppers, ginger, garlic, and bean paste.

After frying until the aroma is fragrant, add the fried tofu pieces.

After frying well, add appropriate amount of water.

After the tofu is flavored, add the right amount of salt and remove.
