Steps for Stewed tofu with grass carp

One grass carp, clean it up.

Half a catty of tofu.

Chop the fish into sections.

Cut the tofu into strips.

Tear the lettuce a little into pieces.

. Put the base oil into the pan and fry the fish segments.

Fry until golden brown, add green onions, garlic, ginger, salt, cooking wine, vinegar, and simmer over low heat.
