assorted pizza

assorted pizza
I remember the first time I made pizza, I used slices of bread, covered with ketchup and some vegetables and sausage. At that time, I didn't have an oven and didn't know what mozzarella cheese was. I put in some ordinary cheese slices and used the barbecue function of the microwave to make my first simple pizza. Of course, I can't praise the finished product, but it still makes me very satisfied. After all, this is the first time.

Now I can easily make pizza that I think tastes good! If you want to eat delicious pizza, you must not be lazy. Cooking pizza sauce is a must. I personally think that no matter how good the ketchup sauce is, it cannot replace the taste of pizza sauce.

    2. Pour in diced tomatoes and stir fry over high heat. After the tomatoes are stir-fried, add black pepper powder, oregano leaves, basil, and sugar and stir fry well. Cover the lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring several times to avoid burning the bottom of the pot.

    3. Dry the soup into a paste, add salt and stir well before serving. (I don't have black pepper powder at home, so I replaced it with black pepper grains. The taste is the same, but it looks unsightly. There are black grains in the sauce.)
