After tasting frozen tofu, I always wanted to try other dishes, so I came up with cabbage stewed tofu.

Steps for Stewed with frozen tofu with cabbage

Wash a few leaves of cabbage and cut into small pieces.

3 pieces of frozen tofu, defrost, remove the water, cut each piece into six small pieces, slice lean meat, cut coriander into sections, and shred garlic.

Sit in the pan to heat the oil and saute the shredded garlic until fragrant.

Pour in the cabbage and stir fry.

Stir fry until soft, season with salt, add 1 teaspoon of water to boil.

Bring to a boil, add frozen tofu and lean meat, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Finally, add MSG and coriander, remove from the pan and serve in a bowl.
