Shrimp in soup

During my trip to Taizhou, I ate the delicious soup shrimp and wondered if I could replace the snail with fresh shrimp, so I tried it out. The result was very successful. The delicious soup shrimp was very popular with my family.

Steps for Shrimp in soup

Wash live shrimp and cut off the spikes on their heads.

Wash the cabbage green and red peppers, slice the bacon for later use.

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it, add the green and red peppers and stir-fry until delicious.

Add the bacon and continue to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage to stir-fry until delicious.
