Steps for braised beef

Wash the fresh beef, cut it into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, and wash off the foam;

Cut potatoes into hob blocks;

Pour oil into a frying pan, heat and saute chives, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and dried peppers, immediately add beef and stir fry;
