Maybe no one has ever seen this kind of packaging method. Look, everyone makes triangle rice dumplings. In our place, we make this kind of four-corner rice dumplings. No matter how wrapped, the taste is the same. Alkaline water dumplings are my favorite. Every year when I go home, I ask my mother to make them for me. You can eat it directly, or you can eat it with sticky sugar or honey.

Recipe Recommendations

  • glutinous rice 4000g
  • alkaline water 1000ml
  • Dried rice dumplings leaves 400g

    Wash glutinous rice and soak in water for 1 hour, remove and rinse once, drain and add alkaline water
