Curry beef
I have always been in a state of only reading but not registering. I feel itchy to see everyone posting pictures and recipes.
I registered on a whim today and started my recording career.
My husband loves to eat more than anything else ~

It's autumn, make some curry beef to warm your stomach and satisfy your cravings.

Steps for Curry beef

  • Make step 0
    1
First, cut the beef into slices, cut the carrots and potatoes into hob pieces, and dice the onions for later use. Then, blanch the beef in water, blanch the blood foam, remove it and place it in a bowl. Note at this step: Be sure to blanch the beef in cold water so that you can drain all the blood foam.

Put the base oil in the pan, stir fry the potato pieces and carrot pieces in the oil until the skin is browned, and serve for later use.

Add a little base oil to the pan and stir fry the blanched beef. Stir fry until the meat changes color, add boiling water, cover the pan and simmer for 40 to 50 minutes. Personally, I prefer the crispy taste of beef, and I usually stew it for an hour. Note here: The water added to the pan must be hot water, and cold water will harden the beef. In addition, the amount of water should not exceed the beef.

When the beef is stewed for 40 to 50 minutes, add the fried potato pieces and carrot pieces, and add the diced onion together. Continue to cover the pan and simmer until the potatoes are soft.

When there is a little left in the domestic soup, turn off the heat and add curry pieces. The amount you add depends on your taste. I usually make four curry pieces with a lot of dreams.(The remaining two pieces can be used as curry pot ingredients, haha). Add the curry pieces and stir slowly until the curry pieces are completely melted. Do not, turn off the heat when putting curry pieces, and wait until the curry pieces have completely melted before opening fire.

Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, take out of the pan, and the fragrant curry beef is successful ~ Eat a great one with rice ~ The curry sauce depends on your personal preference ~ If you have a strong taste, you can add a little salt ~ You can also pour it on the rice to eat ~
