Russian stew
This is something I created myself after watching a travel program on TV and testing it. However, it is best to use a casserole when changing the pot and stewing it, and watch it every ten minutes. It is a simple dish, but it requires patience.

Steps for Russian stew

Put the pork belly into the pan and stir-fry, then add the potato pieces, and stir-fry until the surface is slightly cooked.2
Boil water in the casserole, stir-fry the meat and potatoes, add tomato paste (tomatoes can be added), and two slices of fragrant leaves.3
Bring to a boil and simmer for an hour.
