Stewed beef brisket

Steaming a pot of beef brisket, either with rice or as the following ingredients, can be eaten for several days. It is cooked frequently on weekends, making it much easier to eat during normal working hours.

Steps for Stewed beef brisket

Wash 1 pound of beef brisket and cut it into small pieces.

Boil water in the pot and remove the blood.

Remove the sirloin and set aside.

Pour the oil into the pan and cook until it is 70% hot, and stir-fry the dry chilli until fragrant.

Add the sirloin and stir-fry well. Add soy sauce, sugar, hot sauce, star anise, fragrant leaves, and cumin powder to taste and add water to cover the sirloin.

After boiling over high heat, pour the sirloin into the electric stew.

Heat electric saucepan to high and simmer until beef brisket is tender.
