Steps for Braised pork with tomato sauce

Main and auxiliary materials: pork belly, tomatoes, onions and ginger.

Cut the pork belly into large pieces.

Add water in the pan, add orange peel grains, and add pork belly, bring to a boil over medium to medium heat, and cook for 1 minute.

Remove and rinse well for later use.

Chop the tomatoes, green onions and ginger.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, reduce heat for about 5 minutes to make ketchup.

Add oyster sauce.

Add soy sauce.

Add the spare pork belly pieces.

After boiling, season with salt and sugar. Bake over low heat for about 1 hour.

Add MSG to freshen up, and collect the juice on high heat.
