Tianjin Fried Sauce Noodles
My ancestral home is Tianjin. I remember that every time I go back to my hometown, several of my cousins will make Tianjin fried noodles for me. The dishes include carrots, cucumbers, gluten, green beans, Chinese cabbage, etc.
Today, I will also make this copycat version of "Tianjin Zhajiang Noodles".
