White crab vermicelli

This season is the best to eat white crabs. Use dictamni to make vermicelli. The umami in the crabs will be dissolved into the soup Xianzu juice. The vermicelli will all exude umami. Drinking soup and eating crabs and vermicelli will be delicious.

Steps for White crab vermicelli

Wash only some white crabs.
