Spicy fried crispy lotus root

In the past, lotus root was just eaten in soup, and it tasted delicious. Recently, I ate too much fried lotus root at his house, and I gradually fell in love with crispy lotus root. Now, here comes the spicy fried and crispy lotus root!

Steps for Spicy fried crispy lotus root

One pepper, wash and cut into small pieces, and cut into fine garlic.

Peel and slice lotus roots. Soak in water and wash it to make it crispy. (It should have been cut into thin slices, but the level is limited, so cut into such thick slices)

Heat the oil and saute the chili strips and shredded garlic until fragrant.
