Steps for Steamed dumplings with leek and fresh meat

Raw material map, wash leeks and pork for later use.

Chop the pork with ginger into powder, and chop the leeks into pieces.

Add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and water to make meat paste, and add leeks.

Mix well and set aside.

Add water to the pressure cooker, place it on the steaming rack, load the dumplings, bring to a boil, steam for 3 minutes.
