I learned this dish from TV. Before trying it out, I always thought this combination was weird and I couldn't imagine what it would taste like. After eating it, I realized that the taste was super good. The weather is very hot now. This pickle pot is very appetizing and serves with rice.

The pickled vegetables taste better if they are a bit sour. I put in too much this time, so it was a little too spicy. The tofu was the best part, and the fish chunks were also quite good.
