Steps for Braised pomfret

Wash the pomfret first and remove the internal organs.

Chop green onions, ginger and garlic.

Put oil in the pan.

Add spring onions, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, and light soy sauce.

Add the pomfret.

Add salt, sugar, vinegar, pepper and appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat for 10 minutes.
