The crispy taste of black fungus is very suitable for frying yams. Cut the yam and then use cold water to fry it until it is raw and crispy. It tastes very good and is what I like.

Steps for stir-fried yam with black fungus

Soak black fungus thoroughly and set aside.

Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces, soak it in water, and set aside.

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up, add the black fungus and stir fry.

When the black fungus is stir-fried until it is mid-cooked, add the yams.

Stir quickly over medium to medium high heat for a while, season with salt and chicken essence, sprinkle with chopped green onion and turn off the heat.
