Steps for Tofu in oyster sauce

Cut the old tofu into slices, blanch it in light salt water, remove and drain it for later use.2
Minced pork belly, chopped carrots, green peppers, ginger and garlic for later use.3
Put the oil in a hot pan. After the oil is heated, add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the minced meat and stir-fry.4
Stir in a little soy sauce and stir well with cooking wine. Pour in the carrots and stir-fry.5
Add tofu, oyster sauce, soy sauce and water, stir a little white sugar, stir well, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and cook slowly for 4 or 5 minutes.6
Pour in shredded green peppers and collect the juice over high heat.
