Steamed pomfret

Pomfret is sweet, flat and light in nature. It is rich in protein and a variety of other nutrients. It has the effects of replenishing qi and nourishing blood, softening muscles and strengthening bones. It is effective for treating indigestion, diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, anemia, and soreness of bones and muscles.

Steps for Steamed pomfret

Clean the pomfret, make three cuts on the fish to the left and right, and then apply a little salt to the whole body of the pomfret.

Cut the ginger and garlic for use.

Put the salted pomfret in a bowl, add a little seasoning, and soy sauce. Place the chopped ginger and garlic on top of the pomfret.

Cover the pan and steam for about 15 minutes.
