Steps for Braised tofu with mushrooms

Cross mushrooms and pleurotus eryngii, or cut them into small pieces. Make yourself at home. Soak the peanuts two hours in advance. Blanch mushrooms, Pleurotus eryngii, peanuts, and edamame in water. Cut the tofu fruits in pairs and blanch them in water.
