Steps for Curry beef brisket

Wash the carrots and cut them into pieces.

Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Wash the onions and cut them into slices.

Blanch the sirloin with boiling water to remove blood stains, then rinse with cold water and cut into slices.

Open the curry buns for later use.

Steam carrots and potatoes in an electric pan, or add sirloin to boil.

Put the sirloin into the pressure cooker, add water to cover the sirloin, add the ginger slices and add some cooking wine. Cook for twenty minutes and simmer for twenty minutes. (Be careful to cook the sirloin until it is crispy to taste delicious)

Stir fry the onions over low heat until fragrant.
