The first time I saw the jade shrimp made by the Wizard of Oz, I was very amazing! Thinking about learning to make it, I finally bought Japanese tofu today. I have shrimp at home. I made it as soon as I said, how about it? Is it okay?

  • Japanese tofu 250 grams
  • fresh shrimp 200 grams
  • pea 20 grams
  • salt appropriate amount
  • cooking wine appropriate amount
  • fresh soy sauce appropriate amount
  • sugar appropriate amount
  • chicken essence appropriate amount
  • water starch appropriate amount

    Wash the shrimps and the peas.
